By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set by PT. Bali Reservasi Indonesia (“Bali RSV”).

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and acceptance by BALI RSV.
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when making a booking.
BALI RSV acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (fast boat operators, transport providers, tour operators, and activity organizers).
All customers are responsible for ensuring they meet any travel requirements, including visas and travel documents.
BALI RSV is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party service providers.

We offer the following services:

Fast Boat Tickets: Transfer services between Bali and surrounding islands (e.g., Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida, Gili, Lombok).
Transport Services: Private and shared transfers to/from hotels, harbors, and airports.
Tour Packages: Curated day tours and multi-day itineraries in Bali and nearby islands.
Activities/Experiences: Bookable experiences including snorkeling, diving, adventure, and other activities.
The information provided on our website is accurate to the best of our knowledge; however, final service details (departure time, location, etc.) are subject to change by providers.
Some services may require minimum participant numbers or are subject to weather conditions and local regulations.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations more than 7 days before the travel date - eligible for a 100% full refund.
Cancellations between 3-7 days before the travel date - eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the travel date are Non-refundable.
No-shows or late arrivals - No refund will be issued.

Modifications:

Any request to modify a booking (e.g., date, time, passenger details) must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
Modification requests made within 48 hours of departure may not be accommodated, and no refund will be provided if changes are not possible.
In the case of force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or operational restrictions), BALI RSV will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer a credit voucher, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Full payment is required at the time of booking using our secure online payment gateway.
Prices listed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include all applicable charges, unless otherwise stated. Credit card surcharge is not included.
Additional charges such as harbor fees or local entrance tickets may apply and must be paid directly on-site.

5. No Chargebacks

By booking through our platform, you agree that no chargebacks are allowed once services have been rendered.
Customers who have used any part of the services (e.g., boat ride, shuttle) cannot dispute the transaction or request a refund through a bank chargeback process for any reason.
